Hello Orbers and welcome to our OOC intro + gamewide CR meme! We hope you're all excited for the upcoming sixth mission, the mission file and plotting post for which will be coming out just a couple of days. Other such important dates are noted in our updated calendar page.

In the meantime, we'd like to invite new players and characters to comment under this header to introduce themselves and their characters. Meanwhile, existing players are highly encouraged to make their own comments and mingle!

INFO: app here! tl;dr she's a newly minted newly dead Jedi with some feral tendencies but a good heart please give her snacks and hugs in that order.
REGRET: Being unable to rely on others and that translating into all of the running away from them to deal with her problems on her own.
GAME PLANS: MY plan for her is to get her some found family and friends because wow is she the loneliest ever, but Rey is not always the easiest to get along with. She's very prickly and has a hard time trusting people, but she has gotten better about it and she'll be making a conscious effort to try to force herself to make connections.
CR WISHLIST: While I am definitely here for Rey to make friends, she's also a very good option for less cuddly cr and I am always here for IC arguments and misunderstandings and just straight up not getting along, but obvs with proper OOC communication!

Also for real please be her friend she defaults as prickly as hell but she is really very squishy underneath all that if given the chance to be.

Honestly I'm just happy to be here with her and I'm ready for ALL of the things.

Yennefer will probably be somewhat drawn to this young feral woman for obvious reasons (she has her own powerful magic something-daughter) and then hate that Rey probably reminds her of the younger, pricklier, secret-squishy version of herself, but I am down for them getting to discuss the Force vs. chaos and whatever else!

rise of skywalker was butts in so many ways but one of the things I've always been really sad about is rey's lack of lady friends who are more peers and less General Leia-y so I am really really excited for this

Handwaving the infodump would definitely be good because Rey would want to know all of the things, I'm just picturing them having a very long dinner and Finn talking and talking while Rey just sits there and is like oh no my bestie is the best quietly to herself

Hi Ren, I'm Inky, playing Sam Wilson from the MCU and Eleven from Stranger Things here. Eleven and Rey should be prickly superpowered murder gremlins together, and I think Sam and Rey could also have really interesting CR.

I would LOVE to see Eleven and Rey maybe work towards some sort of adopted sister kind of thing, Rey has never been around a lot of young people and typically the knowledge that people are going to start to rely on her for Jedi things gives her hives, so starting small so to speak with a heavily powered fellow gremlin would probably be very good for her

And I love the hell out of Sam too, if he has the shield he should let Rey test whether or not it's lightsaber proof

which is to say yes she would love that and I would love to continue her trend of having more non-human friends than actual flesh and blood buddies

Oh my god, Rey's canon point padkjshda poor woman. That is evil, I love it. I'd love if it these two could get to know each other. Peter seems to have a thing for serious and self sacrificing people, so he might try to psh psh psh-her into friendship still.

Also with the psh psh psh I'm just picturing him doing finger guns at her and seeing that she thinks it's funny and she's about to break and actually laugh and that's how they know they'll be friends forever
