Panic is hard to sustain. It's not in his nature to give into fear so readily, and doing so is dangerous for Mu. Others have burned themselves entirely out in it...as he had been sure he had done so in trying to destroy Meggido.

But he didn't, did he? Because now he's in a new space. New machines. And next to no power to fight back what's to come.

Blue brings his hands to his ears. No amplifiers. No defense.

He shakes his head fervently against the assurances spoken aloud.

There's no kindness in machines! They only control...take...erase...
