Brief summary: Shinn joined the Dai'a Svar and learned some general background about the world by talking to ordinary members:

- They don't know why spark is forbidden, it's been that way for generations.
- The only thing they know about the apocalypse is that it's called "Hahn's choice."
- Unaware of anything unusual going on in the Plains
- Don't like talking about the Tower, it's somehow frustrating. "Manaia knows more about it"

Feel free to handwave that Shinn shared any of the above over the network.

Also the Dai'a Svar are up to something that involves a lot of leadership meetings and training with weapons/sparks, which Shinn is vaguebooking about here oops if this is a planned attack on the city, is there a way to keep civilians safe without selling out his new crew.

What to follow up on: Manaia and the Tower. Possibly someone should kidnap a Dai'a Svar leader to figure out what this mobilization effort is about.

Wei Wuxian will be following up on the history of "Hahn's choice" by trying to seek out information from the dead. He won't be following up on any of the other information so this one is only kind of a half passed baton, I hope that's okay!
