Hello Orbers and welcome to our gamewide CR meme! This month we happily welcome our returning players for the last stretch of Ximilia's runtime. Note that during the month of December, there is no mission — however, there will be a mod-created mingle log for downtime on the station. Of course players are welcome to create their own mingles. CANON POINT: about a year after leaving the army in search for a cure to his problem
INFO: Joric is what happens when you mash together Vikings, the Nords of the Elder Scrolls franchise, and the Avvar of the Dragon Age franchise together and bring to a simmer. After suffering the loss of his brother in battle, Joric volunteers to let the mages' council of the army experiment on him to make him a living weapon. He has an enhanced berserker mode meant for battle, but it's taking him over and the bouts of rage are difficult to stop. With no cure in sight, he decides to abandon the army in search of one.
REGRET: He regrets agreeing to the experimental magic in the first place and wants it undone so he can live his life normally again.
CR WISHLIST: After some bad experiences in the past, I'm over doing negative CR. I'm up for anything else: friendship, found family vibes, goofs, deep convos, action scenes. Since he's been on a hair trigger for around a year now, Joric has sort of forgot how to people. He needs friends desperately because he's been alone for so long. He's also missing the idea of family since nearly all of his are dead now and one he'll never see again.
RECAP: Recently he began opening up to others about what was done to him and it's been a real weight off his shoulders. He's also sorta kinda dating Daisy Johnson though he honestly doesn't know it's called that. They're just vibing. On this last mission the paranoia caused him to forgo taking the pills that stop his rage and he went thermonuclear, but luckily Andy was there to catch these hands and they're both all right now!

Joric has been given a steady supply of medication to hold back his rage episodes but it’s up to him to take it, so he’s not a danger to anyone in the grand scheme of things (but this last mission proved otherwise!).

INFO: I am a returning oldbie! Jake has been canon updated a bit to uh...he's basically been dead for like 80 years or something and achieved Nirvana. Ximilia is going to feel like it happened a million years ago and he might struggle to fully remember his old CR right away, but it will come back to him as he spends time with you and he will (eventually) remember everything. However, to achieve nirvana he kinda had to mentally sever all emotional ties so he might be kinda... emotionally detached, for a while. I intend to have a lot of fun with that and be very mean about it haha
REGRET: Jake has been without regret for a very long time, but he experiences a fall from nirvana when he watches Finn (also dead) be reborn. I'm taking him from the moment his brother disappears into his next cycle of existence. As I always say, Adventure Time is a weird show.
PERSONAL GOALS: Reconnect with old CR, have a lot of meaty talks about like... life and death and the future and all that. He's just going to be chilling and focusing on the transition out of here for everybody. Think of him as your local dog/counselor
CR WISHLIST: I genuinely have too many ideas to list and they are all super bespoke, so if you hit me up I will absolutely ramble at you with my ideas and thoughts. I also would love to know where your characters are at!!
RECAP: Jake disappeared due to orb malfunction a few months ago during the pirate planet, now he's back uh... like, 90 years later.

INFO: A serious, by-the-books former lawyer who likes correcting grammar and reading books. He does care about the people around him, but it's hard to tell when he's telling everyone off for being unruly or making up words. He used to go by the name "Ultra Magnus", but has long dropped that identity.
REGRET: Not being able to have one last conversation with his twin brother before he died.
PERSONAL GOALS: Minimus has done pretty well with his personal goals, but I've had to handwave a few. I'm open to threading out more of them or even combining his goals with someone else's.
CR WISHLIST: He could use some more nerd friends or talk about his experience as a ware veteran.
RECAP: Minimus joined the crew nearly two years ago, and after a few months, grew to trust the rest of the team. He's lost all of his Transformer friends, but he's determined to see through the mission to the end. Partially because he enjoys having something to do, partially because he really wants to talk to his brother again.

INFO: Tsundere hissy bristly cat man rides giant robot but is a commander and a good leader who cares about his friends and his people. Did a war crime once and still got a promotion.
REGRET: 6 of his space colonies (so, couple million people at least) got obliterated and his team was right there and started fighting before the weapon fired and if they had a FEW MORE MINUTES....!!
PERSONAL GOALS: Mister determined hard worker has a perfect record even if he's not happy about that because some of these SUCKED!!
CR WISHLIST: At this point digging more into current CR to get it deeper and new CR if it clicks and has that potential to give him more meaningful friends/connections because I'm trying to mitigate "leaving here depresso" as much as is feasible. Down with "tougher" cr with walls up if the stonewall's gonna give a little before endgame to get into the deeper stuff. Is a great crank to someone's more lighthearted personality, ala a cat to dog types. He attaches to people easily so it's not hard to worm your way into his heart with some general kindness and respect. Teasing is a plus and he'll bristle and scream but it's clearly harmless and even more laughable and he knows this deep down and probably secretly loves it. He's a soldier, so other like-types for handshake emojis over that sort of thing. Has a prosthetic arm if anyone mechanical enjoys poking at those. Oddly a good advice giver even if his method is more straightforward/calling you DUMB if he thinks you're being DUMB so if anyone has any issues they'd like called out before endgame he's a good choice for that. Just lmk and and we can craft something good up.
RECAP: Here from the very start, learned magic, got some scars, had some canonmates, lost them, found his soulmate and fell in love, gave everything up for him including an arm and his lifespan, lost it all immediately and broke, got a canonmate again, got slightly better about his thoughts and emotions, currently in a fake marriage that he hates though thank god they can start to drop the act toward the end of the mission. Mixed feelings about going home because of how much he's changed so let's talk about that folks let's share some fee-fees.

INFO: that guy who died and came back despite being part of the saying "the only characters who stay dead in comic books are uncle ben, bucky, and jason todd." one day uncle ben will get his day.
he's snarky, sassy, doesn't open up to (most) people easily but will become fiercely protective of people he does decide he likes. extremely smart but will downplay it intentionally bc nobody needs to know he's a very capable vigilante, right.
REGRET: not killing the joker (yet) ;) esp fitting given all the drama happening at his canonpoint.
PERSONAL GOALS: he has had one thus far which cyborg ruined bc his was ruining personal goals. it was very rude. can he defriend vic.
CR WISHLIST: people he can be sassy with or at. or those who can shove him over - not necessarily physically, just, you know. step on him a little but nicely, it's the fastest route to friendship he'll have no choice but to accept. :' ( this has worked flawlessly thus far.
i'm down for whatever outside of that too! jason can be a bit more of a recluse but he's not terrible about it. throw something at me and i can find a way to make it stick.
RECAP: he's only been around for a bit! jason's been working on getting to know those that are part of the ximi-team, he's bonded with hagakure who is now his favorite even if she spooked him when he first met her. he's still finding his footing with the team but also avoiding working at it because clearly he's fine on his own even if it is a team effort and he's been. . . helping out when called for things. very "(batman voice) i work alone" but also "shut up and let me help you".
