The time has come to reveal some things about the second log. Before we get into planning, here is a quick recap of what has been discovered and shared:

• Through some careful observation, it's confirmed that the sun is an eye.

• The dead can't be spoken to and a list of names with some of the Orbers is discovered in the backrooms of the funeral home.

• A coded letter from the Mayor's desk is found revealing a message: Save As Many As You Can.

• Article O-181 can be traced back to a note left by former Mayor of Amaryllis Grove with a directive to list all similar cases identically as form of preparation to 'send one out'.

• One of the Silent Companions is dissected and deemed as fully non-organic.

• Several cases have arisen of the townsfolk being reminded not to get sick or to fall behind.

• Both the sun and the moon appear to be watching the town. More names appear on a list.

· THE LOG + PLOTTING

The log itself will open on the eve of the Harvest day and follow up with Harvest day itself. It's a grand celebration and everyone is expected to attend. All people of interest, and those that the Orbers have thus far interacted with should be present in some way or form. All Orbers and their families are expected to bring something with them to the Harvest, whether it be a cooked dish, baked goods, freshly farmed fruit or veg or anything they might share as a symbol and celebration of a bountiful feast.

Some items to consider as more of the mysteries surrounding Amaryllis Grove unravel:

Orbers will have to decide what they will do now that some of their fellow crewmates have become targets on a mysterious list.

Will they discuss this with any of the known figures in town?

Or will they keep this a secret to themselves?

Quick question: what is general protocol about telling npcs the reason the orbers are present? Because Kanan has no qualms about being open on it given how downhill things have gotten, but only if it doesn't immediately risk a mission failure / only affect him (i.e. he will frame it as a very small group including him and not compromise everything because he wants to gain the mayor's trust)

Hello, we apologize for the delay. In response to your question: there is no protocol. Characters have been both upfront and withheld information from NPCs in previous missions. Similarly, both IC and OOC discussions have been had regarding transparency. Ximilia is character-driven, and thus discussion among the crew has usually been the norm, but ultimately we encourage all players to do what they feel works best for their aims — whether that be for their character, the mission, their fellow orbers, or all/none.

Please note that we have extended the deadline for the thread to November 22. Thank you for understanding.
