In one side, Peter trust Blue/Spock/other telepaths to be able to track the Princess with accuracy, but then he'd prefer talking to her in a calm and reasonably way so no one has to get upset or injured.

He is willing to give her his energy bolas in exchange, if she wants a new -relatively harmless- tool in exchange.
