As it happened, there was beer for the two of them in the fridge. Kaidan grabbed them, handing one off to Zhao before setting into his own drink. He had a sense they got lucky and that alcohol was probably a much sought-after commodity in this station. Kaidan leaned against the counter and regarded his new acquaintance thoughtfully.

"So that Drunken Fist technique. Is it better with alcohol?" He was partly joking but also not really, because who knew how these things worked.
