There's a wordless question of what kind of not-alright Blue is or isn't, but he leaves it as an impression, not fashioning it into anything direct. It's the only way he can think (and he does think this, aware of and annoyed at his inability to not form thinking thoughts sometimes) of offering the question of concern without making it likewise request an answer, or make itself something to necessitate denial.
