General plans for the mission: Shinn will start off in a snitfit of "reee you're not my real family" and also "reee I already graduated from a military academy and have had a real job why do I have to go to school and get treated like a kid." But he actually had a very normal loving nuclear family until they blew up, so he's... weirdly pretty qualified for this mission... once someone tells him to get his head out of his ass. Without that talk, there is a 99% chance that he provokes mass societal disappointment by becoming a total delinquent; with that talk, he will at least show up and pretend to care. Might try to get a part-time job that enables him to be nosy like delivering papers, will at some point attempt to acquire a motorcycle or unnecessarily loud car.
If the under-eighteens are going to school, they should probably have a planning session early on? In which Shinn will determine whose notes he can steal. I dunno, new player, new character, will go with the flow.
