Since the main goal is to retrieve the orb, Joric thinks the best course of action is to set up groups for different tasks that get them towards this goal. There can be a group to protect the sisters since it stands to reason that they might have some insight on Zefira's gem which is most likely the orb. I assume some Orber(s) from The Blue Dawn will speak to the sisters on the dangers of the orb and that it needs to be found to be taken away from this place. If dragons still exist they could be a powerful ally and should hopefully want to help the sisters too if their alliance with the queens still holds. Maybe a group can be sent to find/convince any dragons to help.

Groups may have to stay with the crews of The Hawking and The Silent Plunder in order to sabotage efforts to reach the orb before the group with the sisters.

As for Joric's part, he'd like to make an effort to find the dragons (hey, maybe they're still abundant and all over) and ask for their aid in protecting the sisters and getting a dangerous artifact out of there. If there are no signs of any dragons left he'll redirect his efforts to protect fellow Orbers or the sisters if he can manage to group up with them on the island.
