Rem is his late adoptive mother figure, Nai is his estranged twin brother, and Wolfwood is a self-described "undertaker" who Vash had been traveling with for a few months, with whom he sure has had Some Arguments.
Crew: The Silent Plunder General plans for the mission: This will be an interesting mission for Vash, since he was already a man with a bounty on his head in canon, so he's used to not being persona grata with the law! H o w e v e r he issss aggressively a pacifist.
- He's going to get himself an entire Reputation for being a Weird pirate who refuses to ever shoot first or shake people down for their valuables in general. He might even steal back people's things for them if they seem to be in need / unable to stand up to the bigger and more dangerous crews.
- I am open to him having tension with crewmates or getting in trouble with the captain because of this attitude.
- His cover story will be that he is just a Simple Mechanic with a Dream, nobody particularly skilled or interesting. He basically got on the crew because he was persistent and hardworking, pretty much.
- I am very interested in the idea of exploring the more uncomfortable and occasionally self-destructive aspects of his pacifism/altruism, such as being willing offer a hand even to those who have been actively willing to harm him. If anyone wants to work out some double-crossing/betrayal/etc for a personal goal or such and then have some deeply awkward aftermath, hmu!
- PIRATE FIGHTS. Vash is an exceptionally skilled gunslinger, which is something that he does not advertise and only comes up in situations where he is forced to fight instead of flee. He is available for protecting your character, or alternatively protecting others from your character, since he's desperately unwilling to accept ppl getting killed if he can prevent it in any way.
