Robin can absolutely assist with lab infiltration and being a reliable distraction with guards around the building, while everyone else works at sneaking through doors and evacuating Cubits. She can be sneaky enough with her powers not to make an obvious scene that she'd be caught actually using them, where she can use duplicated hands to snag ankles that'll trip guards as they're giving chase or tug shirts over their faces to tangle them and block them from seeing people slipping by. Also, if any Cubits need to be swiftly evacuated around, her extra arms or extra legs also provide fast and accessible transport (as carefully as possible).

She isn't a hacker, but she's fairly smart with studying patterns and puzzles that she could also work with Chishiya at working out probabilities with the door lock combinations to try figuring it out without getting locked out.
