He definitely supports #3 as it also aligns with Yujin's suggestion. Lockwood just recognizes he doesn't know enough about healing to even be useful in finding locals with the best power sets for the jobs. He'll leave this to other orbers and focus on distraction/ghost matter weapon destruction!
