There’s this girl, Sabriel. She’s not too much older than me, but she feels so adult…like a lot of responsibility on her shoulders. She’s been here a long time, so she’s great to ask if you have any questions. She also does a lot of the healing here too, especially on missions. She can use all kinds of magic, I guess, but that’s most of what I’ve seen so far. [ Finn still didn’t know the full extent of that magic, only what she had told him. Their missions on Alydhion had really curtailed her true abilities. He leaves off the ‘necromancy’ bit, reasonably sure that was gonna to trigger so anxiety in Jake. ]

She braided my hair on our last mission, it was pretty awesome. And she’s going to do an enchantment on my sword. Cool, right? [ Finn offers these tidbits as obvious bids for his brother to like her.]
