( unlike most people who would be frantic about waking up in unfamiliar surroundings, that wasn't the case for Allie. if anything it was all too ironic and while the place itself that was familiar to her, the situation itself of inexplicably going from one place to another was something she has recent experience with.

from all the time she's spent trying to figure out the mystery of what happened to their town and trying to escape it, she wasn't sure how she felt about all of this including the absence of her friends. it was one thing for all the adults in their lives to vanish but without her friends being here, this was something else entirely. it should have been jarring learning she was on a space station and realizing that she was here with being promised that she will be able to undo her biggest regret but if it meant that her sister could be alive then she knew she had to take that chance.

she starts off by wandering down the hallways checking out the different rooms, making a mental note of where things are but the most strange part of it all was seeing people— adults especially being around. She eventually walks into the kitchen, making a beeline straight for the pantry. if you enter the kitchen, you will find her either:

i. searching through the cupboards to see how well stocked they were with food. if this was another situation where they'd need to keep inventory and make sure people were getting the appropriate amount of food before it ran out, she wanted to know sooner rather than later. she doesn't quite know how many other people were here in total but it was a question firmly stuck in her mind ) Hey. What's the deal here with the food supply situation? Is this a free for all or do we have to tell someone what we're taking?

ii. after learning that they are well stocked and supplies come through reguarly, she tries to relax a little and make herself a cup of tea to take the edge off. she gets the teapot ready and is just waiting for it to heat up. ) You want some?

( her next stop happens to be the supply drop to see if there is anything useless around. she could see there are a variety of items around and she was particularly eyeing the clothing so that she would have a few extras but she does hesitate for a moment ) Huh. They were really weren't kidding about this supply drop.

( her head tilts to look towards her fellow orber who is similarly looking through the pile of items ) You see anything interesting?

( the simulation was going pretty smoothly so far all things considered since this was a first for her. allie is taking this in complete stride and if this was normal for missions then it'd be a piece of cake. she easily downs the drink that was offered by the bartender but before she starts to wander off and head further into the club, she notices that her skintone has changed and how visibly she stands out from being a shade of bright blue.

she lifts up her hands only to stare at them slightly looking completely bewildered on what was happening to her. did the drink start to make her start seeing things or was this actually happening? she grabs whoever happens to go past ) Hey. Just a quick question for you— not sure if it's just me but did you experience something weird after drinking whatever that bartender gave you?
