ALIGNMENT: lawful neutral. aka: rhys is bad at dnd alignments but doing their very best.
CANTRIPS:
CANTRIP 01 — ● MINOR ILLUSION: Can create a sound or image and project it up to 5ft and can last up to 1 minute. Images cannot be larger than 4ft tall and wide. Physical interaction with the illusion reveals it to be as such.
CANTRIP 02 — ● SHOCKING GRASP: Lightening springs forth from your fingers to hit your target. Will always hit if target is wearing metal, but can miss if they are wearing cloth or leather armor. Can only travel 5ft.
CANTRIP 03 — ● INFESTATION: Can cause a cloud of mites, fleas, or other small parasites to swarm a single target. If the target attempts to move, they will be slowed. Has the possibility of missing.
SPELLS:
SPELL 01 — ● HEROISM: A willing creature you touch will be taken over with bravery. They will no longer be scared of participating or doing something they fear. The effects will last for ten minutes.
SPELL 02 — ● SEARING SMITE: After striking an enemy with your weapon, it will be imbued with a holy light and cause fire damage on each successful strike thereafter. Effects wear off within 3 minutes.
OPTIONAL INFORMATION:
Backstory/History: Iaon comes from a long line of paladins in the northern town of Blackfox Hollow. His family works to keep the peace and protect the citizens, and he's the heir to their prestigious clan. He's come to Alydhion to find his sister, who had left home several years earlier in the hopes of having an Adventure but fell in with a rough crowd, becoming a warlock.
The best backstories have a hint of the truth, don't they? Hm.
He is also married to Gwen (@construing), pls respect his tief wife.
Appearance: because Naruto is a ridiculous canon, I actually have a basis for how Itachi would look as an elf: over here. Literally just that.
Personal goal: Gain the trust of one of the local fauna. — I could have gone with elf/druid to make this easier, but tbh it's probably going to be more fun to play straight up! The mission's long enough that I think he could probably befriend a crow (or maybe there are crow messenger birds?) so if anyone would like shenanigans of that nature... General plans for the mission: Itachi's backstory is basically 'what if he hadn't murdered his entire family', and as he's an Incredible Actor he's going to be doing wild things like smiling and laughing more and actually having ... emotive reactions to things. One of my weaknesses is having characters who know him as being stoic and a black hole of emotional resonance seeing him acting completely different without a hitch bc IMO even though he's powerful enough with his canon abilities to annihilate an army I'm of the opinion his acting is his most terrifying skill c: So if any existing CR want to see him turn on the Moves, let me know!

● dungeon crawling ● silly sidequests ('fetch me 100 rabbit skins from the base of Mt. Argarable') ● Itachi being annoyed he can't walk up walls or hang upside down from trees with chakra for the duration of the mission ● General weapons training (but can we pls handwave and focus on cr after the fact maybe?) ● Setting up fake scenarios to help other ppl out? (ie: 'arresting' someone to get them out of a tight spot, etc, shenanigans like that, anything where he can step in and ham it up in his role) ● Helping other people with their goals. Need someone to put in danger, get hurt, or otherwise screw over? He's ya guy. He won't even take it personally. 😌
