On the other hand at the end of the day he is a marine and one of the non-corrupt ones so of course he's going to say don't threaten and/or torture people but if Law was content with their methods he wouldn't have become a pirate.]

... I'm not going to try deliberately hunting him down but I'm not promising any more than that. If the high road always worked people like Crocodile and Doflamingo wouldn't have needed to be taken down by other pirates.
