"The weaves we're taught are ones still known by history." So much of their knowledge was lost in the breaking of the world, so much that they could still use now. And it made them a lot weaker than they could be.

"Ones that each of us learn. There are areas some are more talented in than others, things that come simpler." And little tricks that each picked up on their own. Aes Sedai weren't often fond of sharing, each ajah even having their own secret weaves. She supposes those are shared in a way but nothing new is made. Or has been in a long time. The only thing would be how each channeller used her knowledge and skill.
