TRUTH • Tell someone you just met your fondest memory.

this would be for new cr! kovacs isn't typically the type to open up about his memories, much less the nice ones, but if cr starts off on a pleasant note, he might be inclined to share something since he knows it's necessary. as long as your character doesn't immediately put him off.
General plans for the mission: kovacs can be pretty investigative so he'll be wandering around and closely observing the constant changes through the castle. he tends to be pretty careful on the job and doesn't actually move about too recklessly (though he has no qualms with breaking into places if needed), so he might be a viable choice as a travel companion.
Dreamscape plans: he'll end up asleep at some point with his memories accessible for anyone to see. i'd also very much like him to see other people's memories! anyone can see one or a mash-up of memories if they want. available memories are as follows:

■ childhood memories: (cw: domestic abuse, child abuse, parental death) this could include him and his sister, rei, witnessing their father abuse their mother before he kills her, their father abusing rei before kovacs shoots and kills him, or kovacs making the deal with ctac to become a soldier for them (essentially being a kid transferred into a man's body to start training basically as an assassin) in order to keep rei safe.
■ rei memories: (cw: violence) finding out rei was sold to the yakuza so they both kill them and ctac soldiers together, rei emotionally breaking down to him about growing up without him, or he and rei disagreeing on what it means to see the envoys as family.
■ envoy memories: general memories of mingling with the envoys and seeing them as family, (cw: death) fighting with de soto before saving him and developing a brotherly bond and eventually having to kill him to keep him from suffering, or (cw: genocide, child death) witnessing the end of the battle of stronghold in which all the envoys were infected with a disease that forced them to all kill one another.
■ quell memories: meeting quell on echo bridge where she convinces him to join her, quell giving him intense fighting training for envoys, an intimate moment of finding out quell created stack technology and confessing to her that she saved him from himself, or (cw: death) witnessing quell and rei both die in a ship explosion before the ashes fall over him from the sky.

ETC: explained more in his permissions post but essentially kovacs' abilities as an envoy make him a lot more intuitive about details so it might prove useful in castle exploration.
