General plans for the mission: Finally my love for memshare. Otherwise Yzak's focus is as always, on the mission and retrieving the orb in the best way possible. Gonna jump into every gd dreamscape too. And would love to talk shop with people about memories shared if they had specific ideas, though ideally I want to touch as many as possible.
Dreamscape plans: I love doing "your character experiences the memory" ones because I love really digging into writeups and what Yzak is feeling in every single scene/memory. I'm definitely gonna have a lot of that and plan to set his up so one character going thru his can experience more than one memory in a thread. That, and this is 100% a plot I want to both hit people up for and have them hit me up in turn for so we both get that memshare goodness.
Since I want to do a few per character, I figure I'd throw out some general IDEAS of all flavors and if there are any you OOCly want to make sure you get, I'll make it happen.
- What a bastard child he was in the first series (treated his comrades kind of like shit, etc) and how more horribly bad he GETS when he gets his revenge scar/ENDLESS ANGER ARC. - He did a war crime oops who wants to learn about the war crime. (and how he copes with it irl later) - A lot of his gross grief/anger feelings twisting together once he ends up all alone. And then how those twisted feelings end up smacking him in the face when he meets his best friend on the other side of the battlefield. - All struggles like the above need some payoff though so we have some nice coming in clutch for his bro in the end and wisening up, but not without a lot of DRAMATIC FLASHBACKS and inner turmoil. - Do u wanna know about Yzak's complicated feelings for his radical okay-with-genocide mother. - Speaking of complicated feelings if anyone wants to dig out that buried nugget about some ~Feelings™~ for his best friend this is your chance. - Also we've got some fun RIVALRY feelings about his other buddy complete with chess-losing tantrums. - Yzak escaped punishment-via-death for his war crime so memories attached to these general feelings (he has a lot). - His commander mindset and how it reflects back to his old commander and how shitty he was. - The biggest part of Yzak's regret is nearly 2mil of his people dying and how he might have been able to stop that. He's kind of fucked up about this one.
These are all just ideas of course and if anyone familiar with Yzak/his canon want something specific for any reason? Let's go. I wanna use this as opportunity for deepening CR by bringing up stuff that's hidden or harder to dredge up casually. Both ways, of course. ♥
ETC: Yzak can use weapons and also knows magic. And Coordinators are Stronger Than Average so he can tank a hit or something if anybody needs.
